Good (and affordable) hairdresser in Sydney

Hey girls,

I currently have dark brown hair with balayage, but I'm contemplating going a caramel blonde this year (like attached file). I went blonde once when I was 17 and kind of miss it. Plus think it'll suit my hopefully soon to be BA!

Since I moved here I haven't been able to find a hairdresser I really like. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I'm wanting one that's not too expensive, but that also knows what they're doing as I don't want them to wreck my hair!
